We understand that *** is unhappy with the appliances that were installedThe tenants in the unit are very dirty and I have recommended on many occasions that we need to get new tenants due to the stress that the tenants are putting on the home and appliancesThe used dishwasher and
stove where rebuilt units and came with a one year warrantyThe same warranty that a new appliance would haveThey looked brand new when deliveredThe company that we use has been in business for over years and we have used them successfully for many yearsThe reason that the dishwasher was breaking down is due to tenants not rinsing dishes before they put them in the dishwasherThis is causing a clog and the water over flowsThe leak under the sink is due to the tenants cramming items under the sink and knocking the pipes out of placeThis causes a leak when the sink is used that the tenants do not noticePlease note attached pictures of the unit that where taken recently to understand the way the tenants choose to live.With that being said, we would like to offer $towards new appliances and leak repairPlease understand that the tenants will damage the new appliances and continue to damage the homeWe do wish the Owner the best of luck with her tenants
