Thank you, Starship Travel, Linda, and Associates, for making a COMPLICATED travel arrangement so seamless for us all! I turned to Starship when my daughter decided she wanted us to plan a "friends trip", out of the country, for her Senior Year, as an alternative to the High School "Spring Fling" (SrSpring Break) vacation I knew to ensure this group trip traveled together, and given all but my daughter (friends) were minors at 17yrs, I would need to get a travel agent involved! Blindly, on a referral I called Starship Their travel expertise really showed!!! I came to learn we were in the Best Hands with Linda and her Team, when we encountered the merger of ** Air with **, *** *** Consent Form needs, a late addition/traveler, and were also "thrown a curve" (a week before departure) as one of our travelers originating out of Champaign, IL on a puddle jumper flight, was canceled - breaking the connection to an O'Hare flight - with the rest of us (Bahamas bound) Linda & Carol truly showed me they cared and handled EVERY TWIST AND TURN (There were many!!) without my having to worry about a thing! They serviced and kept an eye on our reservation, provided necessary forms & directives, all while keeping me informed along the way and always making themselves available for ALL my questions - from start to finish! There were no surprises, and they never charged me more for any of the additional services and changes Starship, Linda & Carol, thank you for "always having our backs"! We had such a great time! I can't wait to plan our family vacation with you this July I would Never go anywhere else than Starship, for my travel needs!!!

I can not say enough about our travel agents, Linda and KarenWe wanted a destination that was appropriate for families of all different ages and could accommodate different schedules and flightsThey suggested Mexico/Iberostar Resort right away and did not steer us in the wrong directionThe resort is beautiful, accommodates families (and adults who just want to be around other adults), and offers amazing wedding packagesBoth of the travel agents were very knowledgeable about the resort and answered any questions we had about the resort or wedding processBoth of them worked hard to get our guests the best deals and pricesThey also accommodated flight days and timesWe had about people in different cities flying in and out of Mexico on different daysThey worked with everyone's schedules and made sure all ground transfers to and from the airport were taken care ofThey really proved that they are group destination wedding specialists like they advertise

Terrible, terrible, terrible is all I can sayOh, and did I mention terribleMy family and I booked a trip to Mexico via Starship Travel for a wedding we were inI sure wish we would have read their reviews prior to using their service or lack of services I should sayEverything was wrong from the booking of my child's plane tickets, to our transportation, to our chebeing under the wrong namesHonestly, nothing was correct and their customer sever took the cake and worst I have ever dealt with in my life! Do not use this company, you have been warned

I will give her till the 20th but I stand by position in this matter. Maybe she should call the people that I mentioned in this complaint if she still believes that my view has several inaccuracies. As of today, I still nor has my sister Diand Bond received our deposits refunded to us.
