I have been dealing with Rose for almost a month now, trying to plan a trip to WI, with a rent a car and everything that goes a long with a 2 week trip.
Then I had to change the dates & everything else. Rose helped me with every single detail. She had so much patience, she was great!
I also found her to be very knowledgeable, she knows exactly what she is doing.
I would highly recommend her for all of your travel needs!

Linda at Starship has been planning my family's trips for years. She takes care of everything from the flights, rides to airport, villas, cruises, and even meals! It really takes away the stress of planning when you go through an agency like Starship. Recently my mom and I went to Las Vegas and Linda made sure our flights arrived in the early afternoon and that our hotel was the best of the best. Any problems we have we can always call up Linda and it is fixed in a matter of minutes. My name is Margaret and I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation for our travel agent Rose *** from Starship Travel. Rose was extremely pleasant to work with and very accommodating to our requests. She would contact us every few weeks to few days to update us on any new information of our trip and to inform us of our dues that would be charged to our credit card. These details show that she is considerate to her clients. She was knowledgeable about our itinerary and what to expect traveling to Ireland. She was in contact with another agent in Ireland through *** that would answer any questions as well.
I also wanted to mention our tour/bus guide Dennis ***. Not sure if that was his last name or not, but he was an exceptional guide. He was witty, told the history of Ireland very well, and we laughed at his random commentary about Ireland in general. He was very accommodating as well. He would be able to adjust the schedule to make an extra stop here or there if there was extra time to take some fantastic pictures and see some wonderful history. I feel like our trip would not have been as enjoyable if we had any other guide.
I would highly recommend using Rose as a travel agent to my family and friends. I just wanted to acknowledge both Rose and Dennis for making our trip to Ireland through *** a trip of a lifetime and one we will never forget.

We took our first family cruise through Alaska and had the most AMAZING experience!!! We were so pleased with our two balcony suites on the *** ship that we didn't want to leave!! The weather was PERFECT and the excursions were great!! We all loved Alaska so much that we would consider moving there! Everything was PERFECT!!!

We needed help finding the perfect place for our destination wedding. Since we were planning a “vacation” not just for ourselves, but for 30 of our guests. Planning a wedding/vacation in general is stressful. Planning a vacation for 30 people is even more stressful. Everyone has different ideas of what vacation should be like. Some enjoy relaxing on the beach or by the pool for the whole week, others want adventure or fine cuisine. We originally sought out *** Vacations. Our experience started out great. Our rep was helpful in responding to my emails, but then once the resort was picked and the deposit was made, she disappeared. She didnt answer any emails from our guests. She seemed to be bothered by any attempt to contact her. So, 5 months before our wedding we decided to fire her.
And that’s when we found Rose, Linda and the rest of Starship Travel. Within 10 minutes of our first face to face meeting, Rose and Linda had taken over our entire booking. From then on out we worked with Rose. She was a god sent angel! Having to change our travel agent just 5 months before our wedding was extremely stressful . I had no idea what good hands I was in. Rose reassured me several times that everything would be great. Rose was more than accommodating to our requests. The way she gave us her full, undivided attention, made it seem like we were her only booking group (which I know as not true, she’s an extremely busy sought out travel agent). She helped us through every step of the process. She keeps a paper trail of every conversation and transaction. She not only helped my guests, but also kept me informed daily of what was going on with our booking (who booked, who paid, who cancelled etc).
It was as if, Rose became part of our friends and family circle. One of our guests even invited her to come to our wedding as their guest! This was our first time out of the country in about 12 years. Rose gave me all the information I needed to feel as comfortable as possible traveling to another country. She walked me through every step and provided me with everything I needed. She even helped us book our deep sea fishing trip. Which was amazing! And after the vacation and vows were said, she followed through and contacted us to see how our trip was. Rose even showed up at my husband’s fire department to give the guys celebratory donuts to congratulate him on our marriage. I could not have asked for a better experience with a travel agent. We will for sure use Rose for all our future vacation needs. THANKS ROSE!!
