Starsinic Appraisal Service, Inc.

I had a woman run through a red light and crash into my car. Long story short, the woman's insurance is paying for the damages done to my car. Her insurance submits an inspection request from Starsinic Appraisals on a Wednesday around 2pm. It never gets 'accepted' by them until the following day. I don't get a call Thursday or Friday. I finally get a call on Monday saying they'll be in the area that day OR Tues. They show up Tuesday around 1pm. I then get the damage report 3 days later. One of the MAJOR items missing from the estimate is a NEW TIRE. My tire was sliced numerous times due to the impact of the other vehicle. SOMEHOW RICHARD L[redacted] 'missed' getting it onto the estimate. Clearly if I would try to get an inspection w/ the tire looking like that, it would FAIL and I would definitely need a replacement. I'm not sure where he got his license from, but I think it's in need of more schooling. Good grief.
