AVOID THIS SHOP: Poor Customer service when something goes wrong I have used this shop several times in the past, bought several batteries there, had tire changes done, and have even recommended friend and family go thereThis will no longer be the case I had them change a set of tires on my rims, and when I received them back, one of the rims was brokenA large chunk of aluminum had been broken off of the centre hubSo I went back to the shop and showed them the damage, they agreed that they had caused it and said they would replace the rim and to give them a week or so to source one So a week goes by and I get a phone callThey are unable to find a replacement rim and want to offer me a shop credit of $Totally unacceptableBasically this makes my set of BMW rims worthless, as nobody is going to buy a set of rims, and no where can I buy a matching rim with "store credit"I told them that and they suddenly were saying that they were old rims and things like this are unavoidableThe shop owner actually had the gall to use the phrase "It's not my problem"I turned down the $and told them they had lost my business And then to top it off, on the tires they mounted, they put one of them on backwards So basically I'm out the cost of new set of BMW rims, and had to go in times for a simple tire change AVOID THIS SHOP, there are plenty of other better more customer service oriented shops in Maple ridge to choose from [redacted]
