Since starting with the Internet over years years ago, I have been fortunate to be well aware of the business pressures, and opportunities in the I.S.Pfields
From the moment of initial contact, the staff at Start.ca have always been helpful, courteous, and willing to help
As with all things electronic, the hardware is vulnerable to the usual quirks, but the people at Start bring an attitude that is sadly lacking at other business environments
My particular install was uneventful, since , it involved merely, unhooking the incumbents cable modem, and re-connecting everything back up with the newly shipped modem from Start
I would highly recommend anyone contemplating a switch to compare offerings, and do their own analysisDon't just take one report or two, but look at the whole operation from the CEO all the way down to the treatment for the floor sweepers who come in after the office is shut down for the night
Do they treat employees fairly?
Do they give Customers (you know, the ones who pay the CEOs salary) the benefit of the doubt, and Consider them their most valuable asset?
Well, I did compare, and am glad I switched
Your individual milleage may vary depending on a lot of conditions, but Start does what they say they will do, and fairly well at that

I have nothing but great services From Start Communcations and plan to stay with them in the long run.

Giving you guys a 1 star because I don't know what your service is like at all. I signed up with start last week and they advised a [redacted] technician would come install my internet May 4 between 8-11 am. Took half the day off from work to wait for these guys to show up and still no show. They are already off to a bad start, I called them and spoke to a representative named [redacted], she was helpful [redacted] Point is that it does not help, I signed up expecting for service today, so I expect nothing less. They set high expectations when selling you the product and then under deliver.
Will now wait to see when these guys actually provide service or will cancel.

I will keep updating so that others are aware before signing up.
