She was pleasant, easy to talk with, and answered all my questions with the in-depth informationI needed to discuss an option offered by said creditor with my wife.When working in such a personally stressful area (as dealing with financial matters/debt resolution can be), she left me feeling more "educated" on my/our situation, and without feeling as stressed as I anticipated when my wife asked ME to call your service She is, in my opinion, a VERY valuable employee, a real "keeper"!
