Re***When a customer registers for this particular class, a portion of the fee, in this case $28.50, is for an access code for the online portion of this training.The access code was delivered to the customer for an online product offered by a different organization who does not make refunds
for this type of product.It is unfortunate we had to cancel the particular date she was originally registered for but we offered to reschedule, offering her alternate mornings in August and alternate evenings in AugustUnfortunately she said she wasn't able to attend any of those dates/timesWe also asked her to give us some dates/times she would be available which she declined, all of which is documented in emails.That being the case, we refunded her the $for her skills testThe $is for a product she purchased, received and used or is able to use and she is able to take a skills test anywhere that offers them.Under circumstances the remedies we have offered would have been acceptable, obviously in this case they are not As business owners we want our customers to be happy, therefore we will refund the $even though it went to another organization for a product that was delivered to the customer.Brenda F* Start the Heart, LLC ***###-###-####
