had a big painting job (4+rooms, sanding patching, caulk) at my property and asked start to finish to come by and quoteThey responded quickly and an estimator came by I followed up with ***, the manager, and he said he would have quote to me that evening A few days later, I had no quoteI texted again, and he said he would have to me that night Again, I heard nothingI called again and he never responded I then contacted, ***, who came by for the quote, and he ignored my voicemail as well I understand if you are busy, but you can at least call someone back and tell them you do not want the job (preferably before you waste my time with setting up the estimate) I guess I should be lucky that I didn't have to deal with them after working on my property

I recently purchased a home that was "flipped" by this companyUpon our initial meeting it seemed like it was all too good to be true..it wasAt closing, the electric hadn't been inspected and passed by the city, the plumbing hadn't been inspected and passed by the cityThese were things Chris R*** said would be done and it was only on the day of closing he revealed they were notThey tried to illegally complete plumbing work under a permit for a gentleman who had passed away during construction and did not get a new plumber or permitShortly after moving in, the dishwasher flooded the kitchen, and sinks in both bathrooms flooded the vanitiesThe person that was sent to "fix" the issue had no more experience with plumbing than I doWire racks in the closets were not drilled into studs and ripped out of the wallsThis was cheap workAnd they have terrible customer service Chris does a great job at evading phone calls and correcting issuesI would highly recommend doing any sort of business with this company
