StartCHURCH Georgia

We were approved for the federal 501c3 June 2021. Months past I kept calling to see what was going on with the state approval. I was told they work with the state just several weeks after the federaL Proval so I asked why they were taking so long. I was told the person working in that department was not available and she would call me. I was never told we had to file a state application. I never received a call or email since 2021. I called today July 20 2022. Can you believe they told me that they sent us the application for the state last month? This is crazy. I don't even know what to think. To top it off, I can't find so called e-mail.

We have used the Start Church "Start Right" program for two ministries. We are satisfied that they offer us the help, experience and knowledge that is required for getting through the process. They are friendly and willingly to answer any questions relating to the ministry. I highly recommend them!

My experience with StartChurch as been excellent across the board. Everyone is an expert in their field. This is truly a one stop shop. The price is a small investment compared to the great value on the return. If you need help look no further. I will use them for all my future project needs.

Overall the customer service at Start Church is excellent. The people whom you talk to when calling in are always polite and helpful. However, since the pandemic responses from other departments have been irregular and longer than before. I pray that the Staff continues to provide that excellent service as before, bearing in mind that working from home does not excuse a lack of integrity. I have been a customer of Start Church for some time now, and issues or concerns were always addressed timely, and professionally. The pandemic as a whole has impacted the entire world economically for more than 3 months now, unfortunately it has left many businesses vulnerable.

Startchurch was a prayer answered for me and my husband!!! We have been utilizing their services for over a year and they have completed everything they said they would for our ministry. This company promises more than it delivers. They say they help ministers, but it seems that they prey on ministers. The sell products and services that cost much more than they are worth. They contract taxes, bookkeeping and payroll services to others who take your money and never really do what was promised. They harass you to add on another one of their expensive services and leave you to fend for yourself after they get your money. If you are not careful, this could be EndCHURCH Instead of StartCHURCH. for many churches.

Every time I call or email this company I get a sales pitch. They try to sell me things I do not need or ask for. They tried to sell me a packet worth $1,000 and all I needed was about 100 worth of help that I was able to get somewhere else (legally!). Not sure why they are so expensive!!! Whoa!
