I received information from Starwest in the mail. They are advertising a 30-year fixed rate of 3.17% APR as a True NO COST Loan.

This wounds pretty good. I read through all of the Reviews. Everyone is says that their experience was fantastic.

I'm confused - why a one star rating if they are so great? I would expect to see all five star ratings.

I bought a home in Tucson, AZ about 5 years ago. A year or so later I attempted to refinance using Quicken Loans. After being led on and on my request was rejected. A year later I did successfully refinance using J. G. Wentworth. They got the job done but I felt it was a very impersonal process. This year I decided to refinance again and reached out to Starwest Mortgage. What a difference! In a month's time I had the refinance I wanted led step by step by a team of Logan, Jason and Scott. They honestly and openly explained everything to me and answered every question I had. At least one of them was always reachable. I just could not be more pleased with the way these people conducted their business. They clearly did their best to take care of me. If you are in the AZ area I strongly recommend using these people. To tell you the truth I was I little leery about their advertised “no cost” Re-Fi, but once Jacob explained the whole program; he set my mind at ease. The whole process was very simple and quick. Everyone at StarWest Mortgage was friendly and very help in explaining each step of the process. A few phone calls, and few emails and we were done. Even the Title Company's Escrow officer came to my house to have the final documents signed.
