I had these wood shutters installed on four large windows in my home At first I was happy as they look real nice The people are also real nice However, come night time, I realized someone can see right into mu home when the lights are on The shutters have space in the vertical seems to see right inside Someone can easily peek inside your home The shutter slats are not uniformed in measurement of the overlap when closingSome of the slats overlap more or less than the others.They do not close well no matter what I do Originally, I wanted the Vinyl Shutters as I have had the vinyl shutters before in another home and never a problemBut [redacted] talked me into getting the wood shutters .I truly regret getting the wooden shutters I wish I could get the shutters done over, but this cost me about $5,and I can't afford to do them over I don't recommend the wooden shutters I called the distributor a few months ago and left a message, wanting to get vinyl shutters for my kitchen and emailed them too They have never responded
