Hi [redacted],
My name is [redacted], owner of Starz Cuztomz, a up and coming Mobile Auto Repair Company.
I have received the information regarding Mrs. [redacted]s claim, and to a certain extend she is correct, she did purchase a 2007 Mazda 3i, but she failed to mentioned that the vehicle has a  "BRANDED TITLE”, also she purchased the vehicle from a fellow named [redacted] (aka [redacted]) that is also a customer of mine that contracts my services to inspect and make minor repairs to the vehicle he sells. Now this particular morning I was working on the Mazda 3 finishing some minor work, when he got a hit to come look at the vehicle. He happened to be in my garage when [redacted] called him inquiring about the vehicle’s condition and availability. [redacted] then asked me if it was ok to show the car near my home by the street and I told him yes. When [redacted] showed up to see the car he ([redacted]) asked me to come out side in case she had some questions regarding what I had done to the vehicle. She test drove vehicle, inspected all around and drove for near 10 minutes, she did notice that the ac was not working and that the front drivers seat belt was some what stuck but functional. Some thing that I had brought up to [redacted] due to a condenser having a major nick causing R-134 Freon leak, and the seat belt was damaged due to a minor crash. [redacted] then left stating that she had other cars to see. I spoke to her and told her what I had replaced and or fixed on the car, she then left. Just over an hour went by when I get a call from [redacted] telling me to remove the A/C condenser  that was bad and that he was going to order a new one for me to replace. I started to remove the condenser when he said put it back together she’s here to buy it ([redacted]). So when I was there [redacted] and I agreed on a price for the condenser he asked me to give her a hand written receipt stating that he was going to have her condenser replaced, and that the tags on the vehicle where paid until 2016. What this meant was that he was going to pay me to replace the a/c condenser when it arrived. I never spoke to her on price, or any terms regarding the sale, or no money was given to me in exchange for the car. I saw [redacted] pay [redacted] the money they agreed $4800 for the vehicle and the condenser. He then paid me for the inspection and for the minor work I did. [redacted] never payed me for the condenser stating, when the part gets here I ll call you and her to arrange, I 'll pay you then, I said ok. This was on Friday the 1st.
On Monday the 3rd around 9.30-10.00am I get a banging at my door, and its [redacted] with her friend and a mechanic. They are all agitated regarding the vehicle saying that the vehicle died out on them, that it would not start and that it had a bad motor, that they wanted their money back. [redacted] keep stating that [redacted] had told her that the car came with a 30 day warranty. So then I told her that I did not sell her the car that I only fix them for him.  The so called mechanic that they brought was a nice fellow that made a list of what was wrong with the car, this whole time I have my 7 month old son on my arms. We started going over the list, vehicle has tires that do not match, some cables that are not connected by the front bumper, ac does not work. So I stopped the guy and asked, Where does it say on that list that the vehicle does not run? He said well it not want to start but we drove the car here for you to inspect. I told him, I was not going to inspect the car because we needed to get  [redacted] here to talk to you and [redacted], I did not know anything regarding this supposed warranty. At this point [redacted] just kept saying I don’t want the car anymore, I want my money back, you guys need to give me my money back. She kept claiming that [redacted] gave her a 30 day warranty, so I then asked her to show me where [redacted] gave her the warranty, [redacted] responded that she did not get paper work saying that. At this time I started to call [redacted] at the number I had for him, and got no response, I called again with the same result. I explained to her that I just check the cars for him and that when I drove that car it drove fine and that it had no engine issues upon me last inspecting it. She insisted on me coming down to the garage and inspecting her car, I told her I can’t because I have my son with me. This is when all hell broke loose, her friend a blonde lady started to scream: "you’re a crook, you [redacted] that we are going to sue you and your company, I need you to give me your business license and your information", coming near me and my son, screaming, this is when the mechanic told her to go down to the car. [redacted] never showed up, and I advised [redacted] to contact him directly. [redacted] never paid me to do the condenser, and I haven’t heard from him since this incident. He changed his phone number, and honestly I can’t pay for a repair that I did not get paid for. She bought the car from [redacted], I do not sell cars. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do for you. Thank you in advance for your time.
Sincerely,

Review: Purchased a vehicle which was advertised as having 66K miles from two guys claiming to be certified mechanics and owners of a company called Starz Cuztomz. Invoice clearly states sales condition of a/c being installed following week at no charge as well the registration paperwork supposedly already paid through 2016. After leaving their house, I realized that the car was not in very good condition as I was told it was. The following Monday I returned to the place I purchased the vehicle and was met with VERY defensive people claiming they sold car as is with 30 day warranty on engine. The issues I was having we're engine but no one would come out to the vehicle to inspect it. I then asked why the bill of sale listed a different company than them and I requested their business license number and neither of them would provide it to me. I am preparing to file a small claims lawsuit against both of them for a full refund as well as the amount it will cost to repair the vehicle including the ac that they refused to do after that even though it was in the contract as a condition of the saleDesired Settlement: $4800 purchase priceAdditional amount to be determined following vehicle inspection
