I am not denying that *** has a problem with the gutters Often a metal roof will Overshoot gutter we were aware that they were new gutters That had just been put on house We do not do any work with gutters I suggested that she have the gutter company come out and raise the
gutters she did not want to make that an option so we all agreed that we would try the flashing and although I do not remember exact words I am sure or at least typically I suggest that that may not always be a fix but it would be worth a try also if I remember I did not charge them anything to put the metal flashing up other than the cost of material When I first heard of the issue I received a text stating that there was a problem in my opinion it was kind of a rough statement language first time she contact me I did agree to come out and take a look we text back-and-forth a couple times about the issue I offered to come down twice during certain time of the day she was not available I could not make it to Time that she said she would be home not needing to be inside the home I figured it would be fine to just stop and look at the gutters even if no one was home also the flashing did solve the issue but it sounds like the gutters have debris from trees in them And I am willing to remove the flashing but not raise the Gutters that should be done by a gutter company

Regards, I do not agree with some of the statements that were made by CS ConstructionWe wanted them originally to pay to have the gutters raised by The guy that put the gutters on but they wouldn't do thatAlso we just wanted to be here when CS Construction came out to talk to themAnd we weren't given any notice that they wanted to come out.If they can take the metal off and guarantee we won't have any leaks or problems with our roof then we will pay for gutter company to move gutters ourselvesBut the guarantee has to be in writingAlso we were told before we had ever started the work on the roof that the gutters were not going to be over shot
