Review: We hired [redacted] to install kitchen cabinets. One cabinet door was warped when it arrived, so we ordered a new one. [redacted] was to return to install the new door when it arrived. Since he installed the cabinets in June, one door has fallen off, one cabinet has cracked and another set of doors has moved out of alignment. We have also noticed that some of the screws used to install the cabinets have not been properly affixed to the walls. I have called [redacted] repeatedly to ask him when he can come to install the new door and fix the problems that have arisen since he installed the cabinets, but he does not answer his phone or return my calls.Desired Settlement: Install the new cabinet door, re-install the door that has fallen off, put cabinets in alignment, ensure that workmanship is of high enough quality that additional problems will not appear in the near future.

The clients order their own cabinets from the supplier and I was to install the cabinets to what they asked be to bid, and preformed those duties. There was a worrped door and I told them that I would try and help them to get the correct door reordered. I performed this activities and got the supply to get a new door ordered. Later they asked me to bid and install hardware for their new cabinets in addtion to the first quote. They excepted the estimate knowing that I told them it maybe a little while before I could get there and was hoping to carry out the task on a rain day, many weeks had past but they were first on the list to do. The job was completed on Friday October 1 with the homeowner very happy with the completed job. I showed him how to adjust the doors on the cabinets if the allingment changes again do to humidity. After inspection of the "door that fell off" it appeared that the door was hit and opened past full open postion resolting in the srews be ripped out of the faceframe and stripping the screw holes. I Repaired the screw holes and refastened door in a slightly different location and proceeded to realign door so that it would match the other doors in the kitchen. As far as the crack in the cabinets it was damages in shipping or at factory, it was glued, fastened, filled with the factory color match filler sent with cabinets. And the one screw that was not fasted all the way tight, my bad I did not go back and tighten it after shimming the bank of cabinets to straighten out because of the over built drywall joints.I also told the homeowner to call me with anything that they need.Thank you[redacted]
