Dishonest, fast talking crooks
Ordered a dishwasher first week in April. It never got to the store in the first place. After 2 1/2 months of waiting and given dates expected to be in, eventually defaulting to "we have no idea when it will be in", I asked for a refund. Stasukelis deducted $80.00 from my refund as a special order fee, claiming they " will never be able to sell a white dishwasher". The dishwasher is a name brand popular model in the same color as thousands sold every day by other merchants. Horrible customer service and will never go back to Stasukelis den of thieves.

while shopping for kitchen appliances , [redacted] told us that [redacted] had a promotion/rebate of $2800.00 if we bought package of [redacted] appliances (refrigerator,dishwasher,stove,microwave) then he told us that the promotion had just ended the day before but that he would do the rebate papers for us and write in the date from the day before so we would qualify. On 3/17/13 we purchased these appliances to take delivery when our kitchen rehab was done about 8 weeks later. he told us we probally would have our rebate before our kitchen would be done. Around 2 months later we call to ask about the rebate and he said it would take another 16 weeks. so we waited then called him back and told him I was going to contact [redacted] and he told us not to that he would call and call me right back which he did telling about 6 more weeks after 6 weeks my wife went to see him about the rebate and he said he never said $2800.00 it would be around $1600.00 and that he would have to resubmit the sale to [redacted] in order for us to get our rebate which he did writing out a new invoice dated 11/23/13 we recieved a rebate/debit card from [redacted] in late Dec of 2013 for $1064.00. also had a dent in refrigerator door which they said they would replace about 4 months later they came with a door that didnt fit so they said they would reorder it. a few months go by and I called him. he said yes they had the door there and would send someone up to put it in . they came again wrong door he said he would reorder it again. we are still waiting for this door and the rest of our rebate.Order_Number: XXXXXDesired Settlementwould like the rest of our rebate around $1700.00 and our door replacedBusiness Response Consumer rebates are done through an outside company. These rebates are not connected to the store in any way. We have called the rebate company on behalf of our customer and they verbally assured us that the customer would be taken care of. The rebate form has a number to contact them directly which we advised the customer to do. The correct replacement door is in our shop and we have left messages on the customer's phone to install. All they need to do is give us a call.Final Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)when we bought the appliances [redacted] told us he would take care of the rebate papers since the promotion had ended the day before and that he would write in that date. after calling him and he kept saying 16 weeks then 6 weeks then another month I told him I was going to call [redacted] and he told me not to, that he would call them and take care of it,again we waited, then my wife went there and spoke to [redacted] she became very angry with him and told us she would resubmit the sale in which we would recieve our rebate of 1600.00 my wife informed him that he said 2800.00 his response was no I never said that. which is a lie. we recieved 1064.00 from [redacted], as far as the door he never contacted us we always had to contact him. we dont know when the door is coming in? he never left a voicemail to my or my wifes number this guy lied to us catching himself in his lies and now [redacted] is trying to fix it. this is the worst buying experienced I ever had with any company and customer service is terrible.Final Business Response I will gladly go over the rebates with him if he brings his paperwork in to me. I have never given forms for $2800 in rebates on a $5000 kitchen but if he brings the paperwork in I will go over it with him. I have provided solutions that are sufficient in regards to the door. I will call this afternoon to try and schedule this apt again. When his wife came in I called the rebate company and got the rebate approved. It sounds to me that they are mad at [redacted] and upset that he didn't fix the rebates but nevertheless I have done everything that was asked of me which is good customer service in my book. We are a small company and I am a pretty reasonable person all they have to do is come in and talk with me. I am always here.

On October 28 we purchased a 40 inch stove and wrotea check for the full amount of $1,667.06 for a delivery dateof about two weeks, definitely in time for Thanksgiving.Weeks went by no stove. Finally [redacted] admitted there wasa hold up and he would loan us a stove for the holiday.He loaned us a used one with one burner that did not workand other issues, we made it through hosting Thanksgiving.I called after Thanksgiving and was told there was one in white.Not what we ordered. I called back and was told the stove wehad bought had been discontinued. A friend was next to me listening to the conversation. [redacted] said there were no 40 in stoves (that is what fit our kitchen space). Then he said hehad one more 40 in but it was $400 more. I did not answerand he said he would eat the cost if we wanted that stove.I agreed. Delivery to be made on December 11. When they delivered the stove the men would not let it offthe truck with out an additional $425. They were going to takeboth stoves and they had our original check. My husband paidthe $425. We have the new stove but it cost us the additionalmoney. We would not have paid that much for a stove, theoriginal was hard enough. Is this a bait and switch. The origianalstove was never available.I called [redacted] to clarify. He said he gave it to us at cost. I havefound the stove we bought for about $200 more than we paidso that is not true. We also had agreed on the original price,he said for the delay and inconveniences. When I asked if hewould take the stove back and refund our money he said hewould keep some of the money. He was very aggressive andunpleasant. We would like some or all of our $425 back.Can you help?Product_Or_Service: StoveDesired SettlementI would like the $425 refunded. We will keep the stove. Would like other peopleto be aware of our issues with the companyBusiness Response Hi [redacted], The customer Mrs, [redacted] had come in to purchase a specific range which was a Frigidaire 40" electric range M#FFEF4017lb and sells for $1569 plus tax. When she purchased the range she was informed it was on back order and we would notify her when it came in. Unfortunately the eta for the range was pushed back to after the Thanks giving holiday so we Brought her a range to use until the one she ordered came in. In the first week of December we received info that their range was discontinued so we called Mrs [redacted] and informed her and offered her the better model range at my cost of $1968.99 which normally sells for $2399. The difference in cost for the step up range woud be $425.00 which Mrs [redacted] said was ok and to order and deliver the range. Unfortunately when we delivered the range they said they did not want to pay for the upcharge, so we told Mrs [redacted] that she could get a refund and purchase the range some were else. Never was she ever told she would have to pay a restocking fee of any kind. thank you, [redacted]________________________________________Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)The first part is true. When they told me that they could give usan upgrade [redacted] said he would not charge us any more thanwhat we had paid because of the 2 months of inconvenience.I had some one sitting beside me who heard him say that. WhenI asked if he could take the stove back and refund us our money, he said he would charge us a pick up and delivery fee,so we were going to be out money anyway. That is why wekept the stove, if we had been offered a full refund I would havehad him get the stove. He was aggressive and unpleasant toboth me and my husband. Again, I had people around me who heard the conversation and were horrified by his behavior. We will keep the stove. We would have liked our $450 back but do not expect that [redacted] will do what we consider to be the 'right' thing. This seems to us like a classic bate and switch.I have told everyone my experience with this store and willcontinue to do so. We will not make any more purchases with them and will encourage other people not to. The more people I talk to the more bad things I hear about this store.So, Ike and I are not alone in having a bad experience. Revdex.com, thank you for trying to help us in this matter.
