Review: A service request was placed with STAT plumbing but they were unable to performance the work. Due to the nature that issue, requiring me to contact a roofing company. Upon the repair person leaving my property he caused damage to my closet, resulting in my whole shelving unt to fall causing damage to my wall and to the shelving unit not be usable.
I contacted them immediately in reference to this and I have yet to hear from the owner of the company. In reference to a resolution.Desired Settlement: I want to be compensated for the damages done by the repair person.

[redacted]Aug 22 (4 days ago)to methis is a false complaint because when this happened my tech asked the tenant if she wanted him to put it back and she said no they'll take care of it it wasn't a big deal my tech found no plumbing issues in the attic and explained to her it was the roof leaking there was a $75 dollars service fee payed by check and the check bounced. it was days later the home owner called this shelf was not installed professionally as it was screwed in drywall

I am rejecting this response because: The has submitted a false resolution. I attempted to resolve this issue with no response from the owner. I wanted him to see the damage that his tech had done to my shelving unit. Yes, I told the old that I did not want the tech to touch the unit, because I wanted to see the damage and he did not know how the unit was put up originally.
