On the Federal posters I purchased, the OSHA portion of the poster was not the correct size according to OSHA regulation 1903.2(a)(3) which states:
"Reproductions or facsimiles of such Federal or State posters shall constitute compliance with the posting requirements of section 8(c)(1) of the Act where such reproductions or facsimiles are at least 1/inches by inches, and the printing size is at least ptWhenever the size of the poster increases, the size of the print shall also increase accordinglyThe caption or heading on the poster shall be in large type, generally not less than pt."
I called the company about this lack of compliance (after they didn't respond to my email) and they told me it was OK since they are not aware of this OSHA regulation being enforced before and no fines were ever issued previously for a poster not being the correct size
In my profession as a Safety and Risk manager, we must be compliant with ALL OSHA regulations and not just worry about them if there is a chance we might be fined
