This complaint has been resolved with the customer and customer stated she would notify you of the resolution. Customer signed up for a yearlong marketing program. At time of enrollment, she signed and initialed an online contract that she...
understood the terms of her subscription and that she was committing to the 13-month program at $99/month. The online course has been delivered for the past several months and she was beyond the trial period of the program. She was needing help with her marketing and we delivered to her what she paid for.
