Since Bloedorn has strived and always will strive for great customer service We are not sure what we would have shorted the customer on the 1st load, they have received all material that they have paid for In fact they claimed we shorted them material on the last load, when in fact we take pictures of all loads, and the material they paid for was in fact on the delivery and wasn't shorted When we told [redacted] that he agreed The manager DID apologize to [redacted] , the husband, when he came and the manager asked what happen At that point [redacted] made it very clear that he was going to take their business elsewhere The manager then told him since it was a large refund, a check would be sent from the corporate office He told [redacted] that he should see it BY Monday/Tuesday (business days) at the latest When he told him that he was fine with it and said that would be ok I have in fact checked with my corporate office and that check is going out today 7/in the mail The delivery schedule is a hour turn around which right now in the building industry is standard for these times The order was called in Monday afternoon and we delivered it Tuesday afternoon When we talked to Ron, he did say that the week before [redacted] did say "he would need to get the roof pack ordered" but at that time didn't say when he wanted it Bloedorn Lumber takes customer service very seriously and will look into how Ron handled this and appropriate actions will be takenWe are sorry that we couldn't give you customer service that you expected

I am rejecting this response because: by "shorted" it is meant that when we received the quote for material we assumed the engineers plans that city of Love land approved would be read correctly and amount of material needed would be correct.  There we're several instances of material not even being in the quote that were necessary when providing said materials.  The material had been "ordered" when we accepted the quote and paid up front.  It was only a matter of when the material would be delivered.  Ron admitted a few times to [redacted] "oh I forgot" when we called to verify a delivery day that we had been told by Ron to begin with.  Turnaround on the trusses was not 24 hours, it was 2 weeks. We understand the business is busy however if you are unable to meet your stayed delivery time please notify us in advance.  Also,  when Ron was on vacation why was there not a single other person able to tell us if our scheduled delivery would in fact be on time? The manager should have offered to fix the issue himself or have another employee handle our account at the very least instead of just losing a customer.  Apparently they are so busy they don't mind losing the roughly $8,000 we ordered. Refund was stayed as 5 business days which would be Wednesday not Monday /Tuesday.Bloedorn needs to treat ALL their customers with the same courtesy/customer service regardless of how big or small the client. Still not satisfied AT ALL.
