difference in Billings. AS discussed multi times with Ms. [redacted] the 98 VW was left on suspension in order to give her a Multi Car Discount saving her a net of 79.28 every 6 months based on the previous billing cycle. With the current renewal and the new billing cycle her net savings would have been 94.26 every 6 months. Helping her have a cheaper Bill each and every month. I do not determine in city or out of city. I put an address into the system and it generates the location code. The office can not influence this. Ms. [redacted] has moved multiple times in the last few years. Thus causing rate changes. I do not determine at Fault or not at Fault in regards to Accidents. The Claims Department take the information given in the Police Report and makes that determination. 6 month auto rates are determined at the time of renewal and can be changed when an address is changed or a Vehicle is changes. I am not sure what the 720 Rent has to do with my Office.
