We requested a quote for auto and homeowners insurance from ***. We are not, nor have we ever been State Farm Insurance policy holders. After discussing the policy with *** in person at his office, we had decided not to sign for insurance at that point in time.
Now, months after getting a quote from *** we are still receiving bills for an overdue balance on an insurance policy that we never agreed on. I’ve asked numerous times to have the issue resolved, and am still getting overdue balance notices in the mail. I’ve tried by calling *** office and by calling headquarters. We’re getting first and second notices repeatedly.
My biggest concern is that this is hurting our credit because of what appears to them as an unpaid bill.
We sincerely apologize for this issue. Our team made multiple attempts to fix this with State Farm Corp. The situation has been resolved and there is no money owed.
