This agent wrote a primary home policy for both my primary home and a rental property. Even after I went in and asked it changed the rental property after I had moved.
They basically costed me $4000 or $5000 for the past 4 or 5 years of home owners insurance.
They refused to refund any of the money.
I trusted my agent and I lost out.
State Farm should be a little more careful who they allow to be their agents.
