Dear Sirs,Madamme ;Fundamental reason of my silence stems from my three months' in Arizona.First of all I should state that we had nothing to do with the operations of our "home moving department" in Turkey and Greece. Our director in these two countries is [redacted] and reliant unto... his reports, they have rendered an immaculate international home move service for the concerned lady Ms [redacted] .When it comes to payment, they have taken the client's credit card details with the purpose of withdrawing the related funds, the card was declined. And this has been proven/substantiated to the client with official bank documents.Owing to her late-payment,breaching our Istanbul Turkey folks agreement with her,the sea-going container was not shipped onto the vessel at Istanbul seaport and enormous amount of port storage accrued. This was entirely her failure.Nevertheless at the end she was able to pay with a delay of more than 16 days and her container has been shipped to Ghana.Furthermore our folks in Istanbul absorbed all storage costs induced by the client (Istanbul office is ready to document all you through me,although I do not contemplate that they are under your jurisprudence - they can do it with goodwill and honesty)Now our folks in Turkey and me,straigthforwardly put, encounter colossal difficulty to fathom the client's reasoning behind this unfair complaint. The client must prove our Istanbul folks' so-to-say misdeed before its registered by yourgoodselves.Thank you and kind regards,Andre Nofal,AFC Freight Forwarders International LLC

Complaint ID # [redacted] (your letter received by our US Head Office on September 28th,2015)
We have received your a forementioned letter to our head office in Phoenix which has nothing to do with our handlings/operations in Turkey, first of all we should emphasize this pointSecondly,in our industry this sort of extra costs are always and absolutely EXCLUDED from the offered move rate as could be very clearly seen from the above – attached contractThe client has accepted this "EXCLUDED" extra cost and paid it since she already knew that it was EXCLUDED and she had to pay itThe contract is self-explanatory

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[The invoices, that I received and paid for, came from the AFC US Head Office. So the statement ("...our head office in Phoenix which has nothing to do with our handlings/operations..." ) is not correct. The move is an international move. AFC did handle the move from door-door. When they finished the packing and after moving everything into the container, I asked if there would be any other charges that I should expect. I was told that there would not be.  Then I received the second invoice. The extra cost was not supposed to happen since this was not a long haul. Parking the container at the entrance vs next to the door stair is not a long haul.]

I used AFC freight fowarders to transport my personal belongings to the uk from Turkey. At first the manor of Martin. Was very charming and supportive. And the first stage of collecting my goods was fine, very helpful guys loading on my things.
The first issue I had was on making the payment. I mistakingly put in the wrong payee name. However I had asked Martin for his surname thinking it was him I was paying.no reply or question. The payment didn't go through,or should I say didn't arrive to his bank account. However the payment did leave my bank account and did arrive into the said bank. Because of this .Martin started to show his true colours as he started to become aggressive in his manor and threatening.
He then had my belongings taken off ship and into storage. Because of the delay in payment. He insisted I'd not made the payment. But even showing him my receipt from my bank that I had paid. He still kept insisting I hadn't paid.
When the payment was put into his account. He then said I hadn't paid him enough. So I had to pay him more money. Which I did pay. As by now I felt that he had my goods and I was forced to pay.
I then found myself in another situation, where by I asked for a quote to send my goods to Australia. I then decided to send to Australia and I paid another amount.
Then while in Australia again I had problems regarding visa. So I had to then send my container onto the uk. Again I got another quote. But this time the invoice was clearly in £ sterling And $ American dollar. So I paid the amount in £ as this was my currency. Assuming the amount is correct. Because it was clearly written in £. But yet again. I was told I'd not paid enough and was asked for more money. I did question this and pointed out that I'd paid the amount that was on the invoice. He said he knew what I was saying. But insisted I still paid this extra amount of money. In the end I had to pay because he then threatened me by saying that if I don't pay. That he would hold my things in the arriving port. And that would cost me even more money.
Again I felt threatened and held to ransom of my things.
So I reluctantly paid the money.
Now after finally receiving all my belongings. On delivery it was noticed a few damages to my things. And I was told to claim on the insurance.
I then emailed Martin asking for the insurance saying I had damages. Iv emailed him twice.
I have up to today still not had a reply from him.
I contacted the agents in Australia reguarding this problem.who then contacted Martin. But iv still not had a reply.
I feel this company should not be allowed to treat people the way he has me.

I had instructed an international moving and paid cash in advance.. But Afc freight doesn't pay the companies in Germany which make the moving despite comissioning.
I have write more than ten times to pay germany company but they never asked.
