State Inspection Authority, Inc Reviews (2)

7/16/2016On 6/5/we received a call to perform an Electrical Inspection for the purpose of restoring the Electrical Service after having been off for at least six months at *** *** *** in Philadelphia, PA "Electric Meters"At approximately 2:PM I contacted *** *** on her
Mobile Number, *** I told her that I would be at her property between 4:& 4:PM, she said "I'll be here."At 3:PM I arrived at the site, knocked on the door with no response, while waiting for the property owner to show up, I walked around to the back of the property to look at the condition of the electrical service There were Electrical Deficiencies noted on the outside of the property and pictures were taken of those deficiencies. After a reasonable amount of wait time I contacted *** Customer via text (Transcript of TEXT is included herein) All communication thereafter had continued via text with exception to a Phone call on 7/7/from the *** Energy Customer to State Inspection Authority, Incto complain to my superiors about my actions (The entire Text Transcript is included herein) *** *** first lied to me regarding being at the location, she then continued to lie to me regarding her arrival time causing me to lose additional business while standing outside on a high humidity plus degree afternoon for about minutes After notifying *** that I was leaving "I'm out" and that her inspection failed and she would receive a bill, she began to insult me & use foul language toward me I am astonished that the Revdex.com has enabled this ignorant individual with the ability to register this complaint which has cost me and the Inspection Agency even more loss. Her "Desired Outcome/Settlement" is so absurd that I'm surprised that the complaint made it this far This over entitled, ignorant individual blatantly ripped me and my Agency off. To make matters worse, I now have to respond to the Revdex.com in order to help avoid having this published by the default of not responding. As stated in my previous text, there are legal consequences to what *** has initiated here, it is my hope that the Revdex.com will not be a part of the forthcoming Defamation & Slander proceedings by publicly posting this nonsense Richard G.,Building Code Official

7/11/2016On 6/24/2016 we received a call to perform an Electrical Inspection for the purposes of restoring the Electrical Service after having been off for at least six months at [redacted] in Philadelphia, PAWe responded to the call and were at the location within 30 minutes.  An...

inspection of the property revealed that there was a deficiency as noted on our inspection Report #[redacted].Once the failed Inspection was complete, the business portion of our involvement with the property had been completely fulfilled.  As a courtesy, I offered to accept a picture of the repair in order to avoid having to charge the [redacted] Customer for return inspection fee.  On 6/29/2016 we received a picture showing that the deficiency had been corrected. On 6/29/2016 we sent an Inspection Approval card to [redacted] Energy for the property at [redacted], Philadelphia, PA. On 6/30/2016 we received a call from [redacted] Energy Customer stating that the address on the Inspection Approval Card needed to be changed to  [redacted], 2nd Flr. Philadelphia, PA. Even though the [redacted] Customer never told us from the beginning that the inspection was for the second floor, we told them we would take care of the change and resubmit it for them. The [redacted] Customer then proceeded to call our office every ten minutes for an hour (6 Calls), disrupting our ability to take proper care of them and other [redacted] Customers we were currently working on. After the sixth call, I informed the caller that we could not get the paperwork finished if we have to continually answer the phone for them, that I would take care of the revision as soon as I could and to stop calling and harassing us. At 9:40 am the revised Inspection Approval Card had been sent to [redacted] Energy. As for the [redacted] Energy Customers Desired Outcome/SettlementRequiring for us to send a copy of the [redacted] Inspection Approval Card to the [redacted]  Energy Customer Address:The format of that information is not shared with the Public in order to avoid unauthorized duplication.  Note, this response had significantly disrupted our ability to help other customers as well, this customer has unreasonable entitlement expectations that are well above and beyond what was agreed upon.Richard G., Building Code Official
