Dear Sir,  It has now been over 2 weeks since The State Journal Register replied to my complaint and said they would send me the [redacted] gift card right away and I still have received NOTHING.  No gift card, no e-mail requesting information to get it to me, nothing. Will you please follow up with them again? Thank you. [redacted]

This is regarding my original complaint #XXXXXXXX. I still have not received any contact from the newspaper, and I still have not received a newspaper. My case is closed, but it still has not been resolved. Can you please check again and try to help me?
I did update my phone number, but my email is still the same.
Make an adjustment for the lack of papers, through the time period they should have been delivered. And my gift card.
