Review: My daughter contacted them to get a second roll off for cleaning my home . They were to deliver it and collect payment from her at time of delivery...they did not come at the day or time to deliver but later did she called to pay for it with a credit card since they did not come and get payment when delivered. They took numbers and told her it went thru and when we were done to call for pick up. When I called for pick up the man told me they were not paid and that there was not even $20 in the account she gave him for the payment and that my previous check had bounced and they would not pick up till they were paid but they would run the card again just to be sure. I told him in no uncertian terms not to use the card and not to do anything till he spoke to me or my daughter again. my daughter called to speak to them 4or 5 times and they hung up on her and never returned any messages left for return calls. She had decided to use another account to pay for this and was never given the chance...we were waiting for call back to give them this info. yesterday I went to the drug store to pick up my perscriptions and was told there was no money in my account but 27 cents so I could not get my medicine till the next day when I had gone to the bank to see why there was no monies in my account and got a print out of activities that they had taken the monies from the accounton the 13th after they had been told not to access the account and or take monies from it.Desired Settlement: I would like my monies returned to the account and will see if any legal actions can be taken against them for 1-lying about bouncing check and 2 taking monies from account after being told not to because of the fact they lied about accessing account and saying there was no monies in my account this has caused myself and my daughter an enormous amount of stress.

We, Stateline Roll-Off Services, again apologize for any inconveniences or grief that we may have caused our valued customer, however we did try our best to avoid this situation. Our policy for residential customers is COD unless otherwise pre-specified between us and the customer. When our driver arrived at the home, no one/money was there. We however left the box there anyway and shortly after Ms. [redacted]'s daughter, Ms. [redacted], contacted us, in a timely matter in which we are grateful for, with her mother's Visa card information. We then proceeded to run her card on 5/29/13 for the amount of $420.00 in which came back a voided entry of 395.60, meaning that Ms. [redacted] only had $24.40 in her account at the time. We did not go through with it however, allowing Ms. [redacted]'s account to avoid an overdraft fee from her bank.

After several unreturned calls, we were finally contacted by Ms. [redacted] and ask her what she would like us to do because we could not pick up the used box without payment. She replied that there is now enough money in her account for the transaction. With this being said we ran her Visa card again on 6/14/13 in which it successfully went through for the amount of $420.00 which was the agreed upon price of the 35-yd roll-off. We had no way of knowing how much was left in Ms. [redacted]'s after the transaction, in which she said was only .17. This then caused her lots of "grief" in which again we apologize. We only hope that Ms. [redacted] can see our side of the story too and graciously except our deepest apologies.
