Review: A window, a seat, a left and right control switch and 4 wheel differential rearend was purchased for my [redacted] Forerunner for $689.20 with tax. I was dealing with a man named [redacted]. [redacted] said the glass window was there and when I went to have it put in, he said he didn't actually have it. At that time, [redacted] said he needed to know the color of tint for the window and that he didn't really have the window there. I went home and texted him the pictures and color of tint I wanted for the window. He never called or texted back. I had to keep calling him and leave messages. After numeral calls to the California Dismantlers to say that I wanted to cancel the window because I could get it done sooner and [redacted] wasn't getting back to me. I stated I wanted my money back because [redacted] wasn't providing the service or producing the items paid for and he said that he didn't know how to reverse the charge as I used my ATM. It has now been over 2 months and [redacted] keeps delaying in calling back and should be able to give a cash refund as it was a debit card transaction and not a credit card.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded my $689.20 because he never produced the items and he never performed any service.
