customer isn't being over chargedher account is past due and the money was dropped after hours and still wasn't enough to take it out of repossession. she was already on an existing agreement that she didn't honor

couldnt get my car but I had my car I dropped payments off and I tryed to contactThem to let them know I dropped payment but there mailbox was fullFor days and they stillCame and grabbed my car after making a payment and they never contacted Me to tell me anything and after I went there to find outWhy they took my car they gave me attuided and told me its not enough money and thats why they took it with no explanation and I cant get my car intill I come up with a ridiculous price that I can afford right now I gave them so much money has it is every weeks I give them money and they repossess my car with no phone calls or warning to let me know and then charge me weather repossession of $on top of it when I gave them money I don't think that's fair

state road auto repossessed the car with damageswe had * * * *** repair the vehicle. what was on the appraisal only. however customer came and picked up vehicle and insurance company gave check to Ms *** and our name on it and she fraudently signed our name and cashed the
check. we do have copies if needed. Ms*** was repossessed a 2nd time since she was payments and for cashing our repair check. customer is unable to get vehicle back as it is no longer available and the repossession took place in February

I been making payments since I got that car always on a Saturday I drop it off in the mailboxAnd there saying it was after hours they were closed thanksgivingWeek I was trying to call them to tell them that I was going to drop it off but there mailbox was full I get paid every weeks..And to say I got caught carving a car thats notTrue if they check it closely thatWasnt me that was my mother in law I never went next to no car but mine that and my mother-in-lawPaid that..She explained it to the officer she was upset and emotional how they keep messing with me and not warning me about Anything becauseThey were closed from Thursday- Saturday and the scratchesIn my car my insurancePaid them and im still getting screwed with the car and they should check thereRepo guys who come and take peoples car while they been drinkingBecauseI smelled the liquorIn his breath as im talking to him why he was taking my car what I shouldve done is called the cops because who knows things happen then the person who name is on it gets blamed if there scratch on it and you dont even know what there talking about but when I wantedTo see the car it wasnt there they brought it to some were elseThen I get stuck with all these deductibles that I have no clue and to say they did so much work on it its all bull what there charging me was unbelievable I got a statement from my insurance what they did to the car and I don't even know where that came from they didnt even do all that what they're saying but my insurance still pay them even thow its was fraud to my insurance justTo get money

we informed ms *** that she needed to show the proof of payments and when we tried to go over the account customer was very rude, and degradingWe never told anyone else what was going on the phone or making fun of ms*** every time we tried to inform he of the missing payments customer
would just talk over usif we didn't apply a payment show proof we will gladly adjust the account. but she continued to yell and be degrading so we disconnected the call. when a gentleman called back I the manager informed him that I cannot go over the account without her permission. and he accused me of yelling but as I informed him he was the one yelling at me. and I again informed the gentleman he would have to ask ms *** about the accountthen he asked were to get belongins I informed him were and to bring the key. if payments are presented that we don't have we will happly adjust the account accordingly

PRIOR EMAIL SAYS THIS MATTER WAS RESOLVEDBUT I WILL GO AHEAD AND EXPLAIN WHY MS *** WAS REPOSSESSED BECUASE OF DEFAULT OF PAYMENT. WE REPOSSESS AT PAYMENTS AND CUSTOMER IS AT PAYMENT AND WHEN UNDER AN AGREEMENT FOR A BALANCE DUE YOUR NOT SURPOSED TO MISS ONE. MS *** OWES A DOLLARS FOR DEDUCTABLES WE PAID FOR HER VEHICLE TO BE REPAIRED. ALSO WHILE HER AND HER MOTHER WERE ON OUR PROPERTY THEY CARVED PROFANTIES IN OUR BLACK ESCALADE AND WAS CAUGHT ON TAPE DOING SO. BUT THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE MONEY THAT SHE OWES $- 260.00 = $1438.16 IS HER BALANCE TO PICK UP THE CAR. YES A PAYMENT WAS DROPPED OFF WHEN WE WERE CLOSED HOWEVER IT WASNT ENOUGH TO GET HER OUT OF REPOSSESSION AS HER AGREEMENT IS A WEEK AND SHE AGAIN IS BEHIND PAYMENTS AND DROPPED OFF

state road went above and beyond for *** and within the law customer may trade in the vehicle with us or with someone else to get another vehicle

hi [redacted] we had gone over this over the weekend as your contract states you have 197 payments at 110 dollars a week with a buyout of $4972.75.  if you couldn't come up the the buyout of the car for the $4972.75 we would break it down for you your for the 110 a week  and that would...

bring it to the extra 53 payments.  if you don't want to break it down then on 3/22/19 you would need to pay the buyout along with anything that is past due.  please note you did sign and initial the contract were all these prices are listed.  sorry for any misunderstanding that this might have caused you.

it states in our contract you are not allowed to be 3 payments past due and you were over 4 and was on an arrangement to pay extra for the deductible because we had to fix our vehicle you damaged and the insurance separated all 3 claims and as a courtesy we waived one of the 500 so you could get the car back.  we are not going to refund you any money as again even the money order you dropped off wouldn't of been enough to cancel the repossession.  sorry you don't agree but this isn't your first vehicle with us and you (husband) have been repossessed in the past

On Monday February 26,2018  [redacted] did come in to the office with a family member , [redacted] did sit down with them, going over each payment with her  and her cousin which she allowed to speak on her behalf . When [redacted] asked to be shown proof of such receipts she was told she could not...

have a copy ,the only thing  [redacted]  was provided was a spreadsheet made by her cousin  . Also on Tuesday & Wednesday ,[redacted] again spoke to [redacted]'s cousin about the spreadsheet she had made off all the payments . There was discripncys , [redacted] Had stated certain payments of $ 200 was made on account when she only had  receipts showing $100 .Also there was a credit card payment she had stated was for $400 dollars ,we are still waiting on proof of that as well . [redacted] did acculimate late charges since purchasing the vehicle as our payments are every week and she does not pay on time .We have multiple charge backs from the customer as well saying that she didn't mean to pay on someonelse account when she is the one who made the payments online & filled out where to apply them  . We also have gone over the account multiple times ,when shes been repo'd or is going to be repo'd . Customer did come in yesterday March 1,2018 and Paid her account she currently still owes for her week of March 2,2018 . As far as items being stolen during reposseion ,we use a company that is out sourced which we provided her the contact information and we can not confirm what is in customers vehicle as we do not touch there vehicles when they come on lot ,all vehicles are on camera the second they enter the lot.  As of March 2 ,2018 we are still waiting on proof of payments showing we missed and our applied anything wrong . We do not owe [redacted] anything at this time .

Im not sure how I was past due. I had the car for 1 month and 4 payments behind makes no sence I tryed to give them what I had and now its almost Christmas and I want my car back but im trying. To give my kids Christmas. And by that time I get my car back its going to be a crazy amount. But they could've. Gave. Me a call and let me know whats going on if that was. The case so now im stuck with a crazy bill because the. Money was  going to the deductable and I had no idea intill I went there and they told me that my money was going in to thatRegards,

mechanic repaired car under warranty replaced a couple coils ball joints and struts on front end replace [redacted] convertor and o2 sensor. customer had a 30 day warranty.  customer came back about 6 months after car was bought mechanic informed her its a timing chain customer didn't repair...

it. customer had original sticker done back in august now its time for a new one and it wont pass do car not being maintained properly. the entourage was out of warranty when coil was put in and state road did the customer a favor at no charge. we held up our warranty and more
