State Road Truck Sales

I am a recent victim of Ed fraud after he took my $10k and never delivered the vehicle. He also sent me 2 checks that all bounced without a prior notice from him. Am a small business and because of this my business is on the verge of loosing everything I have worked so hard for. Please be careful if you are reading this and refrain from doing business with him.

This’s my story:
I was looking online at a handicap van on eBay.. I found a Toyota sienna selling by someone with the name Scott.

I called the phone listed on the listing.
Scott answered then hang up got busy I guess ! Then I called him again the following day to ask about how can I go about buying that handicap van he said that he has another one for an affordable price under $14k so I asked him to send me the link to it he did sent me the link to his website..

I looked at the van then contacted him he asked me for a $500 deposit to be paid with Venmo or Apple Pay I did pay $500 with Apple Pay and tried to contact him after I have paid to ask about the next step for sure I need to send I mechanic to check out the van before I go buy it specifically am in Texas ! I gave Scott phone number to the mechanic that I hired online for another $100 that’s so far $600 of waste ?

Scott from the beginning promised if the sale didn’t go through under any reason I will get my money back ! The mechanic went all the way to his yard nocked on their door on Monday afternoon! And waited at the front of his yard for time .. me and the mechanic have called and text Scott a so many times without any success !

Scott never returned our calls or text ! Now I am out $600 and I have been trying for so many time to ask for my money back without any success until now !

The next step after this is the district attorney of Philadelphia and the attorney general for allowing business like this to steal money from citizens then the step after is the EBay as well then a complaint against this dealer with the DMV then anywhere that I can put my hands on to warn anyone thinks to be a victim as my self to conduct any business with this suspicious place that was represented by that Scott !

I am getting my money back no Matter what !
Since I do have all the exchanged texts messages between me and Scott also the proof of payment he received with his complete name and phone number .

I hate to give a bad review to any business but he forced me to do this and to do what I am starting with my lawyer after I have gave him chances after a chances to make this right but he kept ignoring me and sometimes asking me did you get your money? Then go back and asked me do you have Venmo ! Are you serious? We’re meeting soon in court body !

as a matter of fact your bad luck that my brother Inlaw is a lawyer in PA for 25 years he got my power of attorney already to deal with y’all ..I am getting my money even I spend 10 times my money ..

business like this shouldn’t be allowed by government and by the state to stay open and steal peoples money !

Be careful dealing with this business or that guy SCOTT…this’s my real story about this business and I have all documents to support each words I have said and please contact me if you’re a victim of this business so I can give your information to my lawyer no charge to you if you’re a victim !

STATE ROAD TRUCK SALES IS A FRAUD (and ***)!. They sold us a truck for $12,500 for our small distribution business as we were in dire need of a truck after we lost one in a wreck during the COVID crisis and needed to deliver to customers. We are a small business and it is tough to survive in the best of situations. We ACH'd them the money and said they could deliver the truck. Truck was never delivered, never received a title to the vehicle and asked numerous times, they continued to say it was coming and finally we said we want our money back, when it became clear, they had no intention to deliver the truck. We even had a flatbed 18 wheeler sent there and they would not load the truck. 4 weeks ago they said they would refund the money, said they sent it *** but sent a bogus number to track the package and check has never been received. They even fraudently took a pic of a *** pkg with the number on it and said it had been sent. *** says their account has had no activity in years. They are a fraud!!!!! We are now forced to sue them and also plan to press fraud charges. These people do nothing but lie to you!!!!!!! They are also stupid as they sent a copy of the fraudulent *** package that has never been registered with ***, proving fraud. This is clear theft and the business should be shut down. I also plan to cc Pennsylvania Attorney General ***, who is a good Kansas City boy and make certain he jumps all over this as this company (State Road Truck Sales) takes advantage of small businesses during this pandemic period. This is a group of criminals and Ed R is a liar and a fraud. Used the name of Jesus and said he had sent money. Just a liar! These guys advertise on the internet and the DOJ should be all over wire fraud. I have turned them into the PA and MS Attorney General and the US Attorney's office.

Friday October 11,2019 Mr. Scott R of State Road Truck Sales at ***. received a direct wire transfer for the amount of $11,000.00 as agreed upon for the sale and delivery (FOB) of one 2009 Cadillac DTS six door funeral family car vin# *** to be delivered to me in ***. Money Wire Transfer acknowledgment October 11, 2019. Delivery “delayed/postponed...per Mr. R on several occasions. Several text and e-mails exchanges between Mr. Scott R and myself resulting in non satisfying results and no vehicle. Copies of vehicle bill of sale, Scott R . , and money wire transfer payment is available. Request complete full refund of $11,000.00 to directly into my bank account without any fees or deductions as was transferred to the given account provided by Scott R. Today (October 24, 2019 State Road Truck Sales was contacted by me, with same “Double Talk” of “I’ll get right on it”.My next step is to contact authorities in PA. to alert them to the Internet/delivery/delay tactics by Mr. Scott R/ State Road Truck Sales.
