Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: State Roofing claims that the failure of roof is not a result of their workmanshipThree contractors state otherwise and in writing: the roof was installed without proper ventilation in the eaves leading to condensation, trapped moisture and deterioration of sheathing and framework along the entire perimeter of roofState continues to claim it was faulty siding along upper North side of roof that caused moistureHowever the moisture and molds could be seen throughout the eaves and on South, West and East and no where near said sidingTheir rebuttal states that they will work with the homeowner directly but to this point they have illustrated their lack of interest in working with me to find resolve and complete denial that their workmanship has anything to do with the failure State Roofing continues to claim "Lifetime" warranty of their IB roofs which is a very deceptive sales tactic Sincerely, [redacted]

Tom with State Roofing has met with the homeowner and they are making progress toward a mutually acceptable resolution.

We believe we have come to an agreement with the homeowner and are moving toward a resolution

We are aware of this situation and continue to believe it is not an issue with the roof that was installed by State Roofing in We will reach out to the homeowner directly to attempt a resolution

I spoke with Mr *** yesterday afternoon and we were able to mutually resolve the billing
issueThe billing for $will be waived per Mr *** request and we do apologize for any confusion in our overall process(Some in our organization thought it was a billable service and Mr *** believed it was a free inspection.) Rick with State Roofing is planning to meet with the homeowner on Thursday 9/1 to discuss the situation and make recommendations and find a solution/resolution.

However the moisture and molds could be seen throughout the eaves and on South, West and East and no where near said siding.
