I wanted to stop by and offer my review regarding this excellent company; as there are so many people in need of their services! I'm so surprised to see that they have a F ratingI've been ordering with them since November and every package I've ordered was received on time, my information was kept confidential, I was treated with the utmost respect, and the customer service team really understood my needsI've purchased various sized packages for my son and nephew which are both incarcerated in two different facilities in NY stateI've worked with other inmate package companies that took my money, never sent in what I ordered, and didn't have proper contact info or customer serviceI love that State Shops NY.com has a live person you can speak with during business hoursIt seems the team is small enough that you are not calling a call center but an officeI worked with MrsM***, Riccardo, and Elise and all have been nothing but exceptionalI've also recommended family and friends to use their services as I trust that our packages will be delivered without issueNow that I see their rating; I will encourage others to provide their reviewsI find it so unfair for such an excellent company and resource to have such a terrible consumer ratingI hope that my experience will help them and encourage other families in need to try them out

At this time, I have been contacted directly by State Shops Global Inc. regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:According to them, I was not contacting their company even though the emails were sent from the same email addressI was told to forward the emailsI had to them since they archive everything and have no record of any correspondence with meI was then told that they would not issue any refund to me because it was well past their day return policyI contacted them one week after the original order was placedI was told to contact my bank and dispute itI have, but it has been over months now and they are still investing this matterI am so frustrated about thisThis company stole from meIt may not be a lot of money, but I don't have a lot of moneyThat money would come in handy right nowI have been trying to get it back since January and it's almost May I'm not sure what else I can do about thisI don't want anyone else to have to go through this with this companyI did specificallytell them I was issuing a complaint with you and they told me they'd handle it accordinglyObviously they are crooks and don't carePlease help meI'd just like my money backIs that too much to ask?  I contacted the business again via their [redacted] page. Was told to email them again regarding my...

issue. I did that and was told they would not be refunding my money because it was well past their 45 refund policy. I would have to dispute the transaction with my bank. I told them I had been in contact with them and then all contact stopped. They said their emails are archived but have no record of emails to me. I had to forward the emails I have to them, I will be happy to send them to you as well. I told the them I had also contacted you and was told they'd deal with you accordingly. They also said after I forwarded the emails to them they were still not refunding my money. I understand their refund policy is 45 days. I placed the order Jan **, 2017 asked for a refund Jan **, 2017 was told I would be receiving that shortly and all correspondence on their end stopped. I will be contacting you by phone Monday March ** because I do have some questions. This company is ridiculous and I hope to help others avoid the treatment I have received. Thank you for your time with this matter. I very much appreciate it.

Review: I placed an order March **, 2014 and have tried several times to contact a member of customer service about my order # [redacted]. This order still has not been shipped, I did receive an email April *, 2014 stating an item is on back order and should arrive April **, 2014 and then the order will be immediately shipped. The order still has not been shipped. I have called their customer service line and no matter what time I call the answering machine says they are experiencing a high volume of calls to please leave a message and someone will get back to you immediately. I have left messages and emailed the business several times with no response. I would like the order cancelled since now it has been over a month since I have placed the order.Desired Settlement: Cancel my order and do not charge my Paypal account.

Review: I am looking to be refunded for 3 items 1 jacket that I returned to the company in November and 1 blanket and gloves that was on back order and never received totaling Approximately $172.11. I called and e-mailed [redacted]t several times and was told that I would get a refund in Jan it is not Feb [redacted] and no refund. I have the e-mails to show that I attempted to resolve this on many occasions to no avail.Desired Settlement: I want my refund for the 3 items .
