At this time, I have been contacted directly by State Shops Global Incregarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] I contacted the business again via their [redacted] pageWas told to email them again regarding my issueI did that and was told they would not be refunding my money because it was well past their refund policyI would have to dispute the transaction with my bankI told them I had been in contact with them and then all contact stoppedThey said their emails are archived but have no record of emails to meI had to forward the emails I have to them, I will be happy to send them to you as wellI told the them I had also contacted you and was told they'd deal with you accordinglyThey also said after I forwarded the emails to them they were still not refunding my moneyI understand their refund policy is daysI placed the order Jan **, asked for a refund Jan **, was told I would be receiving that shortly and all correspondence on their end stoppedI will be contacting you by phone Monday March ** because I do have some questionsThis company is ridiculous and I hope to help others avoid the treatment I have receivedThank you for your time with this matterI very much appreciate it In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]
