The wedding was on June 10, I was out of the office on June 12, When I returned on June 13, I received a message to call [redacted] *** (bride) I called [redacted] on the 13th She explained that our bus driver, Sal, had entered her wedding venue and took a video She expressed concern that the video may go public and since she is a teacher she did not want video of her gay wedding being made public I told her that I understand her concern I had already spoken to Sal and I had seen the video I assured her that there was nothing inappropriate on the video It was just a picture of the dance floor The brides were not even in it I told her I would try to send it to her and then I would personally delete it I explained that although we do not want our drivers going in to wedding venues, Sal was insistent that both the father of one of the brides and one of the bridesmaids insisted that he go in I asked [redacted] to speak to them and find out if that is true [redacted] never got back to me to tell me if that was, in fact, true I can only assume it was I also told her that I would look into the cost and I would credit her back something for her inconvenienceI went ahead and credited her back $ This is more then I would normally do but I felt bad about her fear of losing her privacy I tried to send the video, twice, to myself, but it wouldn't work The drivers phone is not an Iphone and it wouldn't send I deleted it immediately as I told [redacted] I would. At that time I felt the situation was resolved I did not feel the need to bother [redacted] while she was on her honeymoon (so I thought)and honestly, did not even see a need to contact her again. It was later that week that I began to be harassed by [redacted] *** On 6/16/she emailed me and suddenly had a whole other list of complaints All of a sudden the vehicle was late, the air didn't work, the driver was rude etc(If he was so bad why did they tip him an additional $100.00?) [redacted] claimed the $credit was never processed and she wants the entire charge to be credited I responded to this email on 6/21/ I gave her the Approval Code I had for the credit, which is proof of the credit being processedI discovered that [redacted] also went on Social Media and slandered State shuttle She did it in a very deceiving way She made it sound like she has been trying to contact me for months and I have refused to respond to her I emailed her again on 6/21/ I explained that I had good intentions through this whole situation unlike herself It was then that [redacted] threatened to contact the Revdex.com if I did not give her a full refund At that point I stopped communication.I find it interesting how the facts changed from when I originally spoke to [redacted] right after the wedding I have a feeling that this may be a "buyers remorse" situation After you purchase something you realize you can't really afford it

The wedding was on June 10, 2017.  I was out of the office on June 12, 2017.  When I returned on June 13, 2017 I received a message to call [redacted] (bride).  I called [redacted] on the 13th.  She explained that our bus driver, Sal, had entered her wedding venue...

and took a video.  She expressed concern that the video may go public and since she is a teacher she did not want video of her gay wedding being made public.  I told her that I understand her concern.  I had already spoken to Sal and I had seen the video.  I assured her that there was nothing inappropriate on the video.  It was just a picture of the dance floor.  The brides were not even in it.  I told her I would try to send it to her and then I would personally delete it.  I explained that although we do not want our drivers going in to wedding venues, Sal was insistent that both the father of one of the brides and one of the bridesmaids insisted that he go in.  I asked [redacted] to speak to them and find out if that is true. [redacted] never got back to me to tell me if that was, in fact, true.  I can only assume it was.  I also told her that I would look into the cost and I would credit her back something for her inconvenience. I went ahead and credited her back $350.00.  This is more then I would normally do but I felt bad about her fear of losing her privacy.  I tried to send the video, twice, to myself, but it wouldn't work.  The drivers phone is not an Iphone and it wouldn't send.  I deleted it immediately as I told [redacted] I would. At that time I felt the situation was resolved.  I did not feel the need to bother [redacted] while she was on her honeymoon (so I thought)and honestly, did not even see a need to contact her again. It was later that week that I began to be harassed by [redacted].  On 6/16/17 she emailed me and suddenly had a whole other list of complaints.  All of a sudden the vehicle was late, the air didn't work, the driver was rude etc. (If he was so bad why did they tip him an additional $100.00?) [redacted] claimed the $350.00 credit was never processed and  she wants the entire charge to be credited.  I responded to this email on 6/21/17.  I gave her the Approval Code I had for the credit, which is proof of the credit being processed. I discovered that [redacted] also went on Social Media and slandered State shuttle.  She did it in a very deceiving way.  She made it sound like she has been trying to contact me for 6 months and I have refused to respond to her.  I emailed her again on 6/21/17.  I explained that I had good intentions through this whole situation unlike herself.  It was then that [redacted] threatened to contact the Revdex.com if I did not give her a full refund.  At that point I stopped communication.I find it interesting how the facts changed from when I originally spoke to [redacted] right after the wedding.  I have a feeling that this may be a "buyers remorse" situation.  After you purchase something you realize you can't really afford it.
