withholding elections, but State Street does not have a record of receiving his initial request sent through the mail.  When the call center team spoke to Mr. [redacted] they overnighted a new election form to him to complete and return.  The election form has been received and updated in our system on 8/1/2016.  The call center team reached out directly to Mr. [redacted] to confirm the update and left him a detailed message on his voicemail on 8/2/2016.

Please add your rejection comments below. They overnighted an empty envelope. It wasn't until my union got involved and then my problem was solved. They had no record but I had an unreadable signature that they did receive my letter and form back in May.
