State To State Relocation

TERRIBLE service. I moved from PA to OR. The salesman at State to State ([redacted]) assured us this company was not a broker, but they most certainly were. Everything seemed ok on the pick-up. A couple of guys from a Brooklyn-based company (wait, what happened to "we're not a broker"?) packed up our stuff well enough and said the truck our load would be on was going to arrive in Oregon in a week. It actually took almost 3 weeks!!! When the truck finally did arrive, it was driven by an older, larger man based out of Las Vegas (…not a broker?) who was smoking the whole time and was unable to actually unload any of the stuff from the truck, much less re-assemble our beds as we were promised. My husband had to do all of the work, along with some random guy the company hired from Labor Ready. The items were packed haphazardly in the truck, and as a result several plates and bowls were broken, as was our TV. I would not recommend this service to my worst enemy.
