Over the past several months, we (State Vintage) hired an outside company to fulfill our orders, ship them and communicate with our customers on our behalfOver the last several months, this company has done a very poor job in fulfilling their end of the deal and therefore, we have parted ways as of about a week agoSince then, we have been trying to rectify any situations that have not been taken care of, such as this situation with [redacted] We were completely unaware of the problem and miscommunication until approximately January 27thSince then we have done everything in our power to make the situation right as quickly as possible.? We contacted [redacted] by email on January 27th and let her know this informationWe let her know the exact shirt and size she wants is currently out of stock, but we had a very similar one in stock we could ship out immediatelyShe said she would like to wait for the out of stock color, which we informed her should be available in approximately a weekWe are currently waiting on our printer to finish several garments for us, [redacted] 's being oneAs soon as he is finished and we have it in our hands, we will ship the item to her, with a tracking numberShe said to contact her as soon as the item has been shipped and a tracking number is availableWe are unfortunately at the mercy of our printer at this moment Thank you, [redacted] State Vintage

We are experiencing inventory issues due to the extremely busy holiday seasonUnfortunately, our printing company and sweatshirt supplier cannot keep up with our demand A refund has been issued to the customer for the full amount of purchase price on 12/22/at 9:02am Thank you, State Vintage

Thank you.I do have a paypal account that is generally never used The first thing I did when reading the business response was check that account There is no balance and no activity Attached (paypal.png) is a screen shot of the paypal activity since last December 1st...no activity.I have attached two Discover card statements to cover all transactions made on that card over the last year You will see the State Vintage charge in the Discover-Last12Months file on 12/09/on the first page There are no returns to the card from this company My card number is [redacted] (I trust your message correspondence is secure) The total charge was but that includes the t-shirt that I did receive The disputed item was $ Details are in the attached file [redacted] They stated that they emailed [redacted] That is the correct email but I have no recent messages from them An alternate email would be [redacted] but since I have no returned funds as they stated I do not trust that they attempted to contact me by email either.Thank you again for your help and I will regularly log into your system to ensure I do not miss any messages[redacted]

I have not received an email about a refund nor is it posted in my paypal account The purchase was made directly from my *** card so I'm not sure how the company would even have my paypal information I will accept the response once a refund actually shows up
