Company lied about the cost of the windshield, then help us up for [redacted]He promised to have the car ready with a new windshield on 5/28. He was no where to be found and my daughter's car was missing. Next day he demanded [redacted] in cash. My daughter & I went to retrieve the car he locked the door, pulled the windshield and destroyed it and then demanded [redacted] cash for the car with a new windshield. Called the police but they were unable to do anything. Then, when we ponied up the [redacted] he said it would cost more to put the new windshield in we were lead to believe it was already in the car. So, we took the car and had it towed. Watch this guy. He's nothing but a scam artist. Don't deal with him.Desired SettlementWe want a complete refund of our money, he damaged the dash board, never completed the work and lied to us.

In June, we brought a broken window to Statewide Glass for repair. I picked it up at the end of the day and paid $350 for the repair (not sure exact price but it was around that. When I picked it up [redacted] told me that it was a difficult repair and was not exactly right and if the neighbor (it was their window we were repairing because our son accidentally broke it) was not happy to bring it back and he would re-do it. Our neighbor was not happy so we tried to make arrangements to get the window re-done. [redacted] kept putting us off telling us he didn't have time. Then telling us to bring the window in and when we did he said he never told us to bring it in. He pretended to be the answering service whenever we called. We delivered the window to him on 10 separate occasions to be repaired. He was rude, disrespectful and hung up on us.
