I just want to take a minute to thank you ever so much for your help in resolving my issue with Statewide/Bio-cleanI probably should have written on my acceptance of the resolution response to them "you might want to consider writing on the label 'product may take up to several months to be effective' as "sufficient time' is rather ambiguous, but felt I just didn't want to stir the pot anymoreI so appreciate all your help and want you to knowYou are a bright spot in this whole mess Thank you [redacted] ** [redacted] REALTORColdwell Banker Residential Real Estate [redacted] *** *** [redacted] [redacted]

This is *** not *** that responded to the e-mail and yes I did read them all and I spoke to ***s Plumbing about this. [redacted] was mistaken when he told you Bio-Clean doesn’t work for cleaning up drain fields. We have many testimonials from happy customers who have used Bio-Clean to clean up their drain fields. Bio-Clean saved them the cost of having to replace the drain field because they were willing to give it enough time to bio-degrade the years of organic waste plugging up the filter bed. I just want to be clear that you did not give it enough time to fix your problem or treat it again after 3 weeks had gone by like our instructions say. In order to keep the peace we will have ***’s Plumbing refund the money you spent on the 3 cans of Bio-Clean you purchased from them. The warranty clearly states you need to take it back to the dealer you bought it from and I attached it to this e-mail again so you can re-read it. "Bio-Clean should be allowed sufficient time to perform and when used as directed is guaranteed to give customer satisfaction. This money-back guarantee is limited to the purchase price, by the dealer from whom it was purchased, upon presentation of the can with any unused product and proof of purchase." This is printed right on the can so go back to ***’s Plumbing for your refund. (I carbon Copied ***s Plumbing this e-mail) If you bought a 4th can from another dealer you will have to get your refund for that can from them, not ***’s Plumbing. Respectfully, [redacted] ***Statewide Supply, Inc [redacted]

Review: We have been struggling with a septic and drain field back up for weeks. I called Bio-Clean on 10-12-14 at [redacted] and talked to a representative. I asked him if Bio-Clean would clear up a drain field. He said "yes" and gave me instructions on how to put it directly into the distribution box and septic tank(instructions also on the can). He also said I would see improvement in a week. I thought with the money back guarantee I had nothing to lose by trying it. To make a long story short, after 4 cans ( $229.95 total )of Bio-clean and over 2 weeks later our system is still backed up and now we require a replacement of the drain field. The septic companies said it only makes the problem worse. My local distributor, [redacted]'s plumbing in Sarasota FL told me I needed to go through Bio-Clean/Statewide for a refund.I emailed and called Bio-Clean asking for a refund as they advertise a "money back guarantee" as stated on the cans. Then they emailed me and told me I didn't wait long enough, that actually it takes months to work and there would be no refund because not enough time had passed. No where on the can does it say the product takes months to work and I am almost certain if it did no one would buy it. I am so disgusted at the misrepresentation. If they had told me from the beginning it was a preventative measure and wouldn't work on drain fields I never would have purchased it, but they assured me it would. Now we're facing $4200 to replace the drain field and it sure would be nice to get my guaranteed refund of $229.95 to put toward that bill. If the company had any integrity at all they would do what they advertise, especially when they fraudulently mislead me to begin with.Desired Settlement: I would like my full refund of $229.95 I am having trouble uploading my emails to this form. If you would like me to forward all correspondence to you I have had with Statewide I would be happy to do so if you can give me an email address to forward to. Thank you for your assistance.

It may take several months for the bacteria to open up the filter bed so you need to be patient and give it a chance to do its thing. Some drain fields open up in a few weeks some take a few months. It all depends on the amount of waste plugging up the filter bed. I can tell you for sure that two weeks is not enough time to say it didn’t work. I had called your company Oct 12 and asked if the product would clear my drain field and was told yes and given instructions on how to apply it directly into the distribution box and the septic. After several applications and 2 weeks later it has done nothing. I appreciate your 100% guarantee if not satisfied. Thank you. I talked with the distributor, [redacted]s plumbing, but he said I had to go directly through you for a refund. Please let me know if you would like to credit this to my visa or issue me a check. I would appreciate this done asap as I need the money to have the tank pumped and drain field worked asap.
