Review: PURCHASED HOME WARRANTY POLICY IN 10-19-2011 WHICH WAS EFFECTIVE UNTIL 12-19-2013.RECENTLY HAD QUESTION ABOUT POSSIBLE CLAIM BUT COULD NOT REACH COMPANY BY CALLING SEVERAL NUMBERS I HAD FOR THE. IT APPEARS THEY BE OUT OF BUSINESS I AM DUE A PREMIUM REFUND.Desired Settlement: REFUND FROM DATE MY POLICY BECAME INVALID.

Review: Paid $1,610.43 for homeowners warranty from 09-24-11 to 11-24-13. State Wide Warranty will not respond to my calls regarding need for repair services. I have purchased a homeowners policy with another company and would like my money refunded from State Wide Warranty.Desired Settlement: Full purchase price refund as they have not provided any services when needed.

Review: I have tried to reach State Wide Warranty at the number advertised on their web site, 1-877-239-6218; however, no one answers their phone. I have called three times on two different days in June 2013, three times on two different days in July 2013, and two times on two different days in August 2013. All calls have been made Monday through Friday between 9:41 AM and 4:39 PM. In June and July each phone call resulted in the same recorded message as follows: "The person you are calling cannot accept calls at this time. We are sorry for any inconvience this may cause." Now, in August, the phone rings one or two times and then it goes silent or starts beeping. Last year, I tried to reach State Wide Warranty by phone, e-mail, and on-line through their web site. No one ever answered their phone even after waiting long periods of time, and no one responded to my e-mail or on-line message. I believe this is a fraudulent company.

Review: The plumbing contractor contacted by this substandard company that claims to warrant your home in case of any issues, was unpaid for the work he completed in my home after numerous attempts at calling and holding for a rep. 8 months later, the poor plumber had been unpaid and requested the money for labor from me. I paid full price out of the kindness of my heart. [redacted] were points of contact that answered to our requests, INITIALLY.Desired Settlement: I want [redacted] or whoever works for this so-called company that never answers phone calls or e-mails, along with [redacted] or whoever seems to be employed as a "Regional Supervisor" to refund me the $180 that I had to pay [redacted]. It truly is pathetic the type of customer service ethic this "warranty company" has.

Review: I purchased a 2-year FirstChoice plan and I am trying to file my first claim to have my AC issue resolved. I called the customer service many times, but none of them went through.Desired Settlement: To fix the broken AC or refund
