Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] Regards, [redacted] the dealer states that the car was brought in for separate repairswell, that's not totallty trueit was taken in both times due to the SAME engine dash light coming on the first time they said they fixed it, they said the computer was showing the sensor was badthey replaced that for us, at no charge, but the next day after we picked it up fro the sensor, the SAME light came back on, and then they said it was the cat converterthey didn't want to work with us, I tried to call ***, the used car manager, and he NEVER returned my callI paid the 50% of the billat for the converter,which I feel they should of AT LEAst , paid for the laborwhen we picked up the car the 1st time, [redacted] the manager of service said we had a 50/ warranty so they responded to you, the Revdex.com, that we have another warranty as far as the cutomer test driving the car, yes we did, we went up the street and back no, the light did not come on then, but less then hrs after leaving the lotIT DIDwe were told it was all safety checked, so that means they should have looked at the exhaust system and if they did, they would have seen the converter problem, right? well one would think so anyway.now today, heres another problem with them that just came upI bought the car for my brother, they dealer said they could transfer the plates for him from his truck to the carI they took a copy of his drivers liscense and saw that he lives in CUYAHOGA county in Berea ohiothey even came out and ask my brother what county was BEREA in and he told them Cuyahogathey transferred the platesI ask for the registration for that, and they said keepk all papers in car, it shows the plates going from his truck to the car well all I saw was an odometer paper, nothing with the plate number on any of the papers, but they said that's what they werewell yesterday, my brother gets a letter from STATELINE, that says we could NOT transfer your plates because the car needs e checked in cuyahaoga county, and they sent title, registarion and a check for made out to Cuyahoga county treasurer to get plates transferred my brother , what little time hes had the car in his possession, has been driving around with UNREGISTERED plates on his car he can not even drive it to the e check cause he has no legal plates on it we are going back t o stateline today and ask them if we can get a temprarg plate for days just to get him to Cuyahoga to get his plates transferredthe dealer also charged us a fee t o tranferr all of this stuff the day we bought carnow we have to pay out more money to resolve this problem this is just sooo BAD BUSINESS and they could care less I am not happy with their account of their resolution comment to go to the liscense bureau to get them transferred .right now, we have no paperwork on his plates from his truck so we are going there today at am to see what they tell us about a temporary tag

We have contacted the customer and he said that he was going to withdraw the complaintWe have come to an agreement and are waiting for him to send us an email that he is satisfied and this will close the caseAs soon as we get this email we will be sending him a check
