Per our District Manager, our Meat Supervisor had resolved this complaint with Mr***'s wife *** early last weekPer his wife, she said the is*** was resolved to her satisfaction

The customer was correct that she never received a return callWe had attempted seven times to no availOnce we received your letter, we opened up the complaint to further review. Upon further investigation we realized the phone number the customer provided on our website was not the same number provided on the customers cake order formWe used the number from the cake order form and were successful in reaching the customer. We apologized for the cake not looking the way she wanted and will be retraining the individual that decorated this cakeWe also apologized for taking so long to reach herWe dropped the ball and should have realized the phone number errorWe offered the customer Stater Brosgift cards and a cake for her next event free of charge. The customer accepted our apology, gift cards and will utilize us for her next event
