I originally ordered a shirt through this company's website. On the website, it was those that did NOT show as "out of stock". The order was guaranteed to be shipped in a certain amount of time. After about 5 days I emailed the company to ask for the status of the order, a few days later they respond and claim they are out of stock and it will be restocked in 2 weeks. I then asked for a refund and stated clearly that I did not want the item anymore and my email was ignored. When I emailed again, they replied and claimed that it was mailed. I never received it and I made it clear back when they said it was out of stock that I did not want them item anymore because of horrible customer service, conflicting stories from them, and order was not fulfilled in the guaranteed time. I made it clear that I did not get it and that the package was refused and I have no idea what happened to it. I filed a chargeback and they are challenging it. I simply want my money back and will NEVER support anything they are apart of. It is a shame that a woman owned business would rather scam people than do the right thing in the name of good customer service since she made the error in the beginning.
