We had a problem with our dishwasher, Statesboro Appliance Center ordered us a new pumpThey came out installed the pumpTold me to run it thru a cycle with vinegarI ran the cycle and my kitchen floor and cabinets were floodedWe had just put down new floorsWe called them for days before we finnally got someone on the phoneWe were told they wont be out for a week and then will have an insurance adjuster come out if it is a warranty issueIn the mean time my wall will be mildewed and the kitchen cabinet is ruined The floor has water under it, we have used a shop vac to remove as much water as possible

In response to the complaint on the dryer service call for Mrs. [redacted], I, [redacted] spoke with her on November 24th to schedule for us to come out on November the 25th between 1 and 5.  I told my techs to call her when they were on the way.  So on November the 25th I recieved a call...

from my tech, that was at her house, he had called her phone number and was knocking on her door as we were talking, I informed him that she stated she would be home.  He said he was in her driveway for about 10 minutes, so he left a door hanger with our information on it.  My techs can not linger at homes with all the service calls that we have through out a day.  I was here at work until 5:00 that day, and I did not receive a call back from her, so I am not sure who she spoke with at the office.  Mrs. [redacted] stating that the owner was rude to her when she called back on the 26th,  I am sorry if he was, but when he tells a customer we can not be back in that area until next week, and the customer continues to tell him that is not acceptable there is really nothing else we can do.  I know sometimes that is not what a customer wants to hear, but we do the best with the number of techs and the volume of calls that we have.  Now, as for Mrs. [redacted] stating that I simply laughed and said o.k. when she made the comment to me about telling [redacted] to take us off their vender list.  I really did not know what to say to her, as that was a threat and being trained to "the customer is always right", I was not going to argue or beg her not to do so. I just simply said as nicely as I could o.k.  I had already apologized to her for any wrong that she felt was done to her.  We value are customers and will go above and beyond to help anyone.  Sometime there is just not enough man power and time in a day to get everyone taken care of.  We are only human and try to do our best.  I hope my response clears everything up.  So again, I am extremely sorry we miss each other that day and that you felt you were mistreated.

I am rejecting this response because:I still am not happy with the way this issue is being brushed under the table. As I stated previously I was home all day. I still do not understand why I was not called or a message left. I only walked out to my back yard one time to feed.my animals and had my phone the entire time. This company feels that they can treat me any way they wish bc there are not may companies that service my area. I can promise you one thing they will never get my business or be recommended. Ive spoke to the manager over appliances and he was also very uoset over the way I was treated.
