I employed stateside exteriors to complete work on a rental property of mine in August of I was in contact with Duke S*** for this process who was also supposed to be completing workWe agreed on pricing and he was paid in full to complete the workI received a message from Duke about a week later informing me the work had been completed and photos would be coming once they were able to upload themAbout a week went by and I had not received any paperwork regarding the completed work a receipt for my paymentI reached back out to Duke who informed me it was an over sight and photos and a receipt would be coming promptlySince I was under the impression the work had been competed I had the interior wall repaired (it was welting up and moldy due do the leak in the roof)I never received any paperwork or anything documenting completed work or payment madeAfter some time the situation slipped my mind and forgot all about itFast forward to February 25, I received a rep

Great deal, great work, on time, cleaned up and even did an extra touch up job for me!! Thanks guys!!

At first I was happy with the timing of the jobIt's been 1/years and my roof is leaking in the exact same spotI call Stu who no longer works for Stateside and he blew me off for daysHe then referred me to Danny who is the ownerDanny continued to blow me off and then tells me that he only offers a year warranty of a Rubber roof! I paid them $Danny is now telling me that I need to give him $2,for needed repairs! THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF! I WOULD SUGGEST THAT YOU RUN AND NOT USE THEMWe went to small claims court and he showed up with an attorney who used legal terms to get him offHe won the case but now he's call me to change my review of him on the Home Advisor web siteWhen I refused he cursed me out!
