Insured is still insured with our agency through ***. We found her a much lower rate with *** vs the *** *** policy. She upgraded her *** *** policy on 8/29/when she purchased a new vehicle. She never paid the extra
charges resulting from the increased coverage from 8/29/until we switched her on 10/13/2017. So in essence she is asking for someone else to pay for her collision coverage and liability billed by *** *** for the weeks of coverage she had with them but did not pay. I'm sorry but that is ridiculous. Not sure what happened with the *** bill but I'm sure it is much the same situation

I am not insured with that agency through [redacted]. I am on my sister's policy with a different insurance company.
I paid my payments with both insurance companies in order for me to switch to the another insurance company. The man at the agency did not tell me I had to cancel my policy. He said that once that policy cancels out the other will start. Not once did he say call them and cancel because if that was the case I would've done so. This is very unacceptable. He is very disorganized and its not the first time I had an issue with this agency which is why I stopped going to them. I am not at fault for this and now I am paying the price because it is me who is on collections for his neglectful actions. His office is very cluttered which is why I can imagine all of the disorganization. This is unacceptable.
