To Whom it may concern my insurance company investigated and found us not at fault that is what we have insurance forI would understand if I did not have insurance and this lady was upset but they rejected her claim so why are we still dragging this onThis is the first complaint we ever had regarding vehicle damage everyone is welcome to call my insurance company and ask themThis car had prior damage to it

I am rejecting this response because I don't feel like this contractor is standing up and taking responsibility for its actions and this should be known by potential customers.  I am still discussing the damages to my vehicle with Statewide Asphalt's insurance company.  The insurance company's decision was based on incomplete and faulty information.  There was no prior damage to my vehicle where it was damaged by Statewide Asphalt and I can support this statement with three different outside sources.  Secondly, there were other cars damaged by Statewide Asphalt the day my car was damaged due to their negligent behavior.  The property management group where I work decided to handle those damages which is the only reason they weren't reported.
