This is the worst company in the World..I am a Veteran and served years for my country and to be treated this way by some scoundrels is pathetic..I brought a $Range Rover from these people....I immediately took it to the dealer because of the warranty that I have and found there were at least $worth of auto repair to be done Yes dealer price was high even if you knock it off to 8,that would be the damage of this vehicle...They said they will fix itmos later after repairs the transmission go out...they say they will fix it..Took me 4mos to get it back all the while still paying note of $Get the vehicle backmos later carborater oil leak etc etc....Last one was now the catalytic converter....I decide to trade in...Went to a reputable dealer where they now own the truck and send the payment to this company and they got there money now...But still is cashing my check and wont give me my money back

I am rejecting this response because:if any money was owed to statewide auto they surely would have lodged a complaint to get that money...once again statewide auto was give the full amount from the loan which included the money for the months insurance coverage Your company failed to provide it from the start and if there was any issue your company never addressed it..This guy is trying to get out of his obligation and is trying to make it seem as if the customer is doing him wrong

Communication at this point is irrelevant this is going to go back and forth with this guy since he thinks he doesn't have to pay.  We are well aware of the laws and will proceed forward as per our last email. This is the precise problem when trying to help someone some people ruin it for others.

a down payment of  $2500 required for financing which he was unable to come up with on purchase date. We deferred the difference of $500 to be paid in the amount of two week increments of $250 after 2-4-15 which [redacted] agreed to. He was told his warranty would be submitted upon final installment of deferred payments. He had issues that we paid for to be fixed as well out of pocket.
