[redacted] is being billed for his deductible. He is liable for it under his ins. guidelines. He rcvd the eob 2 1/2 yrs ago as well as the Dr's billing.  In addition he signed for liability for whatever the ins. did not pay in addition to the Dr's collection costs. He is merely trying to get out of paying anything. We have repeatedly answered his claims.  There is nothing more that we can explain to him, he signed for liability. He owes $550.00 with the Dr.'s collection costs.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

The business is misleading the Revdex.com by not by providing specific and evidence to support their claim. Furthermore, it is not telling the true:1. The business did not submit the so called "offer letter".2. The business stated on May *, 2017 reply that I was billed two years and a half ago; meaning around late 2015. While in its earlier response it claim that a notice was sent on 3/**/2016. See business attachment [redacted] Page 2:“[redacted]”3. The business continue to provide statements with no evidence. To conclude:Now, after the business is caught in a lie. Would it finally provide the evidence to support its other claims? As stated, I have no intention not to pay any due amount I owe to any entity. However, I was never billed for about two years. Someone, needs to take responsibility rather than blame me for skipping payment. The business is playing the role of a prosecutor and a Judge while ignoring evidence and the laws.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

The Statewide Credit Services Corp AKA Schwartz, Schwartz & Associates AKA SCS (the “business”) did not address my questions in regards to the invoice (see attached letter).  The business sends automatic letters with no person name nor signature (see attached letter). In fact, rather than answer my questions, the business has chosen to submit to the Revdex.com only my fax cover sheet and not my letters. It is important as the business claims in their automatic letters to me that since “[redacted]”; see attachment page 8, an automatic letter dated October **, 2016. The only reply from the business was in handwriting over my own cover sheet (see attachment page 3). With no name Nor Signature to identify who is answering this letter. In my letter(s).The business itself acknowledged that the first time a bill was issued was on March **, 2016 while the Doctor visit took place on September **, 2014. Furthermore. The business is choosing the passive voice to describe the communication with me. E.g. It was explained to. Rather than pointing out to the person who communicated to me.  The business augmented the bill from $375 to $547 ([redacted]) or $517 or $545 [redacted])The business has chosen to report this to the credit bureau companies without discussing this with me by ignoring my inquiries.Seems like the business had blocked my fax number as my attempt to send a letter by fax failed. Therefore, I had no other choice but to sent a reply by certified letter on Oct **, 2016; see attached Certified Mail Receipt with tracking number [redacted]. This letter was delivered to the business on October **, 2016 at 12:47 PM.Please find the attached letter sent to the business and in which the business omitted from its reply.Open questions to the business:Who is the person responsible for answering my letters? Why the business did not answer my certified letter dated Oct **, 2016?The business claimed in it’s response that it send me an “offer”.  However, it failed to produce an evidence that such offer was sent.  Who sent the offer?  I never received such an offer.Who is the person who made the [faulty] decision that I did not dispute the claim and therefore this should be reported to the credit bureau ([redacted])?As a license business in New York state as a collection entity.  Can the business affirm that it did follow New York state guidelines in regards to my rights?Does the business follow the procedures in regards to Medical collection? To conclude, I have no intention not to pay my medical bills. However, I am billed almost two years after the fact when I was fully insured. Then it is not only that some questions needs to be answered but also why I am responsible for such mistake and why the Doctor office did not correct this with the insurance company. The business omitted from its submission my letter dated October **, 2016 and just mentioning it as I was dissatisfied with “their” offer. Clearly, misleading the Revdex.com to believe that the letter is expression of my dissatisfaction [with their “offer” that I never received] while hiding the true nature of my letter. Any low office knows that evidences should presented and not be concealed.I am frustrated as the business is using automatic collection tools to step over individuals.  The business has ruined my credit with no merit.

[redacted] is quite mistaken. No one is masquerading as someone else. Schwartz,Schwartz & Assoc. (SSA) is a legal registered dba of Statewide Credit Services Corp.  However, that is not the issue at hand. On 9/*/2016 [redacted] submitted a debt to our office for...

collections, due to non-payment. That debtor was [redacted] Bibas. On 9/*/2016 [redacted] rcvd an initial notification from SSA notifying him of his delinquent account. He telephoned the office on 9/**/2016 as he was not sure who the Doctors were merely from the name.  It was explained to him, and in addition provided him with our fax # at his request. On 9/[redacted]2016 [redacted] requested a copy of the bill in question. That same day this we sent him his invoice and signed guarantee of payment (#3 & #4). If you look at attachment #4, he signed for financial liability for anything not covered by his ins. co. , in addition to all collection costs. On 9/**/2016 we rcvd a fax from [redacted] (see #2). That letter contained 3 questions. The fax was immediately forwarded to [redacted] for their response. On 10/**/2016 this office rcvd the completed answers from our client and immediately faxed the response to [redacted] (#2). On 10/**/2016 this office rcvd a letter from [redacted] that he was dissatisfied with the fact that our client "hand wrote" the answers to his questions (#2).On 12/**/2016 this office, at the request of our client sent [redacted] a letter offering him to pay $375.00 by 1/**/2017, despite the fact that his present balance is $549.69.  No money was rcvd by him. This account is still due and owing.Statewide Credit Services Corp.

turned over an account to them for collection. so I went from chasing the customer to chasing the collector. wont return calls or emails. when I finally get a hold of them. they were really nasty. I was better off trying to collect from the customer. DO NOT USE. dont say I didnt warn you.

Eric fails to mention that he turned over the debt to Statewide Credit Services to collect on. He then received (2) checks in (2) seperate months from the debtor, due to Statewide's efforts. He conveniently failed to let Statewide know that his company, Blush Novelties received the funds. On 2 seperate occassions Statewide had to call Blush Novelties to confirm the information given to us from the debtor, and that was that they paid the creditor directly.
Eric thought that he was going to get away with not letting Statewide know that due to their efforts he received monies.
Eric became agitated when he received statements from Statewide for our commission on the monies received by him. It took Statewide (8) months to get paid by Eric.
Who had to chase Who?

I highly recommend Statewide, and would like to thank [redacted] and her crew for helping us. We had a Landlord/Tenant issue with a prior tenant who subleased some space in our office suite located in [redacted]. We hope not to need help from Statewide again, but we know you are there for us.

Statewide Credit Services helped us collect some bad debt that had been lingering. My only regret is the time lost before I contacted Statewide. Thank you [redacted]. I really appreciate your attention to our account, and the results you secured.

I have known Statewide Credit Services and its owner [redacted] for several years and have always been extremely impressed by the way in which they conduct business.
In an industry known for abuses, Statewide is a stickler for doing things the right way as well as for getting results for its clients.
I would definitely recommend this firm to anyone seeking to collect an outstanding receivable!
