oil burner was firing.  She stated yes it was, but there was a leak at the boiler.  We do not work on oil burners, and do not state that we do so in our advertisements. We do service all types of boilers.  She was informed of our rates, and a Technician was dispatched to inspect her boiler, and seemed quite grateful and thankful for our quick response.  Unfortunately, we were not able to perform the oil related repairs she required.  We will gladly refund half of the service fee as she has requested in good faith.  Please feel free to contact us at any time.
